Baked Zucchini - Reduced Fat step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Trim off ends of zucchini.
  3. At every half inch along the zucchini, slice most of the way through the zucchini, but dont cut all the way down.
  4. Dry the zucchini.
  5. Place the zucchini on a piece of foil large enough to wrap the zucchini.
  6. Apply the extra virgin olive oil to the zucchini.
  7. Apply the garlic powder and onion powder.
  8. Bake 25 minutes or until zucchini is soft when you poke it with a fork.
