  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumin.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of dried oregano.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
  15. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  16. It's 2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (for topping).
  17. You need 1 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves (for topping).
  18. You need 1 cup of (about) apple cider or water to make mixture as liquid as you wish.
  19. It's 1 can of corn 15 oz., with liquid (optional).

  2. Saute onion w. 3 Tbsp oil until semi-transparent..
  3. Add diced carrots/zucchini/green pepper and saute until tender, about 7 min..
  4. Brown beef/turkey and add to veggies in large pot..
  5. Add canned ingredients..
  6. Add spices and sugar..
  7. Bring to boil and simmer for 30-40 min..
  8. Top with shredded cheddar and cilantro..
