Ingredients of Baked Chilli

  1. Prepare 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

  1. Preheat oven to 150°F Celsius.
  2. Roughly chop the veg.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  4. Crush garlic and add to oil.
  5. Fry for about 1 minute.
  6. Add veg and fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add tomatoes, beans and stock.
  8. Turn down heat to low and stir well.
  9. Add flavours.
  10. Stir well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  11. Pour chilli into a casserole dish.
  12. Cover with foil and bake for at least 40 mins to 1 hour.
  13. Uncover and bake for a further half an hour.
  14. Serve with brown rice, a baked potato or bread.
