- It's 4 tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1 large of Butternut sqaush.
- You need 1 large of Zucchini.
- It's 2 large of Carrots.
- Prepare 1 large of Onion.
- You need 1 box of Elbow noodles.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of Grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese).
- You need 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- It's 1 dash of Garlic.
- You need 2 can of Spaghetti sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350. Clean and cut squash, zucchini, carrots, and onion into small pieces.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and add veggies.
- Prepare pasta as box says.
- Once the veggies are almost done cooking, add spaghetti sauce and garlic and continue mixing.
- Drain pasta and place back into pot. Add the veggie/sauce mixture to the noodles and mix.
- Add the resulting mixture to a large pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese (or cheese or your choice) onto the top.
- Bake in oven until cheese is melted and you can't wait any longer to eat!.
