  1. You need 2 lb of Flank Steak.
  2. Prepare of salt & pepper.
  3. It's 3 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.
  4. Prepare 1 of steak seasoning (I used Flavor God).
  5. It's 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  6. It's 1 of carrot.
  7. It's 1 of Bell pepper.
  8. Prepare 1/2 of Zucchini.
  9. Prepare 5 of Green onions.
  10. You need 2 clove of Garlic.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Italian herb seasoning.
  12. It's 2 tbsp of butter.
  13. It's 2 tbsp of finely chopped shallot.
  14. It's 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette.
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp of brown sugar.
  16. Prepare 1/4 cup of Beef broth.

Balsamic Steak Rolls instructions

  1. Cut steak into 3 inch wide strips and tenderize with meat hammer you should get about 8 strips.
  2. Season steak with salt pepper and worcestershire sauce and let them marinade for 1 hour.
  3. While the steak is marinating chop up the carrots, bell peppers, green onions and zucchini into matchstick size pieces and peel crush garlic.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan add the finely chopped shallots and sauté it for 2 min add the balsamic vinaigrette brown sugar and beef stock and stir together.
  5. Allow sauce to come to a boil and reduce half it's volume. When the butter starts to separate turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.
  6. In the same sauce pan add a touch of olive oil and toss in the garlic and let it flavor the oil for a few.
  7. Turn the heat up and add all the vegetables except green onions. Season with Italian herb seasoning and salt cook for about 2 mins then transfer to a bowl.
