- Prepare 1 of Eggplant.
- It's 3 of Carrots.
- It's 2 of zucchini.
- You need 1 of Yellow pepper/capiscum.
- You need 2 of Onions.
- It's 1/2 of Pumpkin.
- You need 1 of Red pepper/capiscum.
- You need 5 of eggs.
- You need 300 grams of soft cheesse.
- It's 1 of pie crust.
- It's 70 ml of Milk.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of sour cream.
- It's 1 dash of olive oil, extra virgin (optional).

- Cut the onions into quarters, carrots into along slices and the squash into slices, put all into a pot and boil until they are just cooked. Turn off heat and set aside.
