  2. Thoroughly blend olive oil, lemon juice and salt into a marinade..
  3. Massage marinade into veggies and let sit for 24 hours..
  4. Dehydrate at 145°F for 2-3 hours..
  5. Continue dehydrating at 115°F for 10 hours..
